Please read these terms of use ("TOU") before you install or start using Kör and the services offered in the app (the "App"). By installing or using the App, you accept these terms of use. If you don't accept these terms, you can not install or use the App.
These terms of use have been updated June 5 , 2025.
Terms of Use for Kör
1. Introduction
1.1 These terms (“Agreement”) constitute a contract between you, the user of the app (“the App”), and Kör Teknologi AS, company no. 824 527 962 (“Kör Teknologi”). All references to “you” refer to you as the end user of the App. Kör Teknologi provides the digital platform and related technology that enables driving schools to offer services such as driver training and driving lessons through the App.
1.2 One of the services in the App is the booking and management of driving lessons and mandatory traffic training. These services are provided by independent driving schools using the Kör platform and not by Kör Teknologi itself. The purchase agreement is directly between you and the driving school, which is responsible for delivering and maintaining the quality of the services. The driving school is identified on your receipt. Payments are handled via the App, where Kör acts solely as a technical payment facilitator. If you have questions, need assistance, or want to file a complaint about services booked in the App, you may contact Kör Teknologi’s customer support, which may assist in contacting the school. However, the underlying agreement remains between you and the school.
1.3 Kör only facilitates booking, payment, and communication via its platform. Kör is not responsible for the content, quality, availability, or execution of the driving lessons or training, and gives no guarantees for educational practices or legal compliance of the schools. Any issues must be addressed directly to the school.
2. Services in the App
2.1 You can log private practice mileage and book or complete training, including lessons and mandatory training.
2.2 The app is for personal use only.
2.3 You are responsible for meeting all legal requirements for private driving practice.
2.4 Training may be provided by third-party instructors or partners.
2.5 Kör manages the platform and transactions.
3. Execution of Lessons and Mandatory Training
3.1 Both student and instructor must wait 10 minutes at the agreed location if delays occur. No-shows are charged in full.
3.2 Single lessons last 45 minutes; double lessons last 90 minutes.
3.3 Bring valid ID and required course proof.
3.4 If you completed step 3 at another school within 12 months, Kör may cancel and refund your “first lesson.”
3.5 Kör may cancel a lesson if an instructor becomes unavailable unexpectedly.
4. Payment
4.1 Payment is due before each session.
4.2 Packages must be prepaid. Extra lessons are paid normally.
4.3 Kör Basic must be used within 6 months, Kör Flex within 12, Kör MC and Kör Trailer within 18.
4.4 If you complete your training before finishing all Kör Flex lessons, you get a refund for unused hours. Kör Basic has no such refund.
4.5 You must request a refund within 14 days of purchase if not completing training.
4.6 Prices and inclusions are listed at koer.no/priser.
4.7 Discount codes are non-transferable.
4.8 Abuse of codes or benefits may result in:
5. Student Rejection
If you lack necessary skills for meaningful training, the instructor must reject you per § 7-3 of the driver training regulations. Appeals go to the Norwegian Public Roads Administration.
6. Cancellations
Each package has specific cancellation deadlines, typically between 36–96 hours depending on lesson type. Kör Basic has a 14-day deadline. Medical cancellations require documentation within 3 business days.
7. Installation and Technical Equipment
You must install the App on a compatible device and maintain your own equipment and subscriptions.
8. Data Traffic
You are responsible for all carrier and data charges related to using the App.
9. Data Privacy
Kör follows current privacy laws. See the “Privacy and Cookies” document in the App or at koer.no/personvern.
10. Referral Program
Referrals may earn rewards. Conditions include Norwegian address, no license in category B, and no prior Kör account. Misuse results in account deactivation and possible legal consequences.
11. Safe and Legal Use
You are responsible for complying with traffic laws and ensuring your use of the App does not interfere with driving.
12. Account and Kör Profile
You must provide accurate and complete information. Kör may suspend your account if you fail to do so.
13. Sharing Data with Third Parties
Booking a lesson shares your information with the instructor, who becomes independently responsible for that data.
14. App Usage Terms
You are granted a personal, non-transferable right to install and use the App. You may not reverse-engineer, reproduce, modify, or redistribute the App or its data.
15. Liability
Kör’s liability is limited to what is stated in this agreement and applicable law. Kör is not responsible for damages from App failure, user errors, or third-party issues.
16. Amendments
Kör may update these terms at any time. If you disagree, you may terminate the agreement before the change takes effect.
17. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement. Kör will disable your App access.
18. Governing Law
Norwegian law applies. Disputes are settled in Norwegian courts.
19. Miscellaneous
This agreement constitutes the full agreement between you and Kör. Kör may transfer the agreement to another company in its group.
20. Third-Party Providers
Kör uses third parties for App development, communication, and training services. Contact Kör for details.
21. Updates
Terms, cancellation policies, and package durations may be updated. Current terms are always available at koer.no/vilkar.
