Terms of use
Please read these Terms of Use ("TOU") carefully before installing or using the Kör app and the services offered through the app (collectively the "App"). By installing or using the App, you accept these Terms of Use. If you do not accept these terms, you must not install or use the App.
Language and Governing Version
These Terms of Use are available in Norwegian and English. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the two versions, the Norwegian version shall prevail.

1. Introduction
1.1 These Terms of Use ("Agreement") constitute an agreement between you, the person installing and/or using the App, and Kör Teknologi AS, company registration no. 824 527 962 ("Kör Teknologi"). All references in these terms to "you" or "your" refer to you as the end user of the App. Kör Teknologi provides the digital platform and associated technology that enables driving schools to offer their services, including driver training and driving lessons, to their students via the App.
1.2 One of the services in the App is the booking and management of driving lessons and other mandatory driver training. These services are provided by independent driving schools using the Kör Teknologi platform to offer their own products and services, and not by Kör Teknologi itself.The purchase agreement is entered into directly between you and the relevant driving school, which is responsible for delivering and maintaining the quality of the services. The driving school acting as legal seller is identified on your receipt. Payments are made via the App, and Kör Teknologi acts as a technical payment facilitator on behalf of the driving schools. This means that although payment is processed through the App, funds are transferred to the driving school in accordance with their own terms.If you have questions, need assistance, or wish to file a complaint regarding services booked via the App, you may contact Kör Teknologi's customer service. Kör Teknologi will assist in following up and, where necessary, liaise with the relevant driving school. This does not affect the underlying contractual relationship, which is between you and the driving school.
1.3 Kör Teknologi AS only provides the technical platform and facilitates booking, payment, and communication between users and driving schools. Kör Teknologi is not responsible for the content, quality, availability, or delivery of driving lessons or other training provided by the driving schools. All training is conducted at the driving schools' own responsibility and in accordance with their professional and legal obligations. Kör Teknologi gives no guarantees regarding the availability, teaching practices, or compliance with statutory requirements of the driving schools. Kör Teknologi is not a party to the agreement between you and the driving school, and is not liable for direct or indirect losses, including but not limited to financial loss, cancelled sessions, technical failures, or other damage arising from use of the App or services provided by the driving schools. Any claims relating to such matters must be directed to the relevant driving school.

2. Services in the App
2.1 The App allows you to log kilometers driven during private driving practice, and to book and complete driver training, including driving lessons and mandatory training.
2.2 The App is for personal use only and must not be distributed, resold, transferred, or sold to any other party.
2.3 You are personally responsible for ensuring all legal requirements for private driving practice are met.
2.4 Our driver training services, including driving lessons and mandatory training, may be provided by third-party instructors or organisations with which Kör has entered into agreements.
2.5 The App and digital services are provided and managed by Kör Teknologi. This includes access management and payment transactions.
2.6 When you use features for advanced driving practice and feedback on driving behaviour, the App may collect and process technical driving data from the device's sensors, including location (GPS) and motion data (IMU — such as acceleration and rotation), as well as associated timestamps and relevant calculated values. Data collection may occur continuously while driving, including when the App is running in the background, in order to record the session and analyse the drive.The purpose is to (i) record and present private driving practice, (ii) analyse driving patterns and provide feedback and/or scores related to the drive, (iii) improve and further develop the App and its services, and (iv) maintain safety, quality, and prevent misuse. Further information about data categories, legal basis, retention periods, and your rights is available in the Privacy Policy.
3. Delivery of Driving Lessons and Mandatory Training
3.0 "Driving lesson" refers to both standard driving lessons and mandatory training modules, unless otherwise explicitly specified.
3.1 In the event of delays, both student and instructor are expected to wait at the agreed meeting point for up to 10 minutes after the scheduled start time. Delays on our part may be caused by unforeseen events such as traffic, accidents, or similar circumstances. If you do not attend a scheduled lesson ("no-show"), no refund will be issued and the session is considered completed. No additional charges will apply, but you must cover the cost of a new session if you wish to reschedule.
3.2 A single lesson lasts 45 minutes, and a double lesson lasts 90 minutes. All non-mandatory lessons have a standard duration of 90 minutes, unless otherwise agreed or stated in the booking.
3.3 Valid identification must be presented at driving lessons and driving tests. If you are under 25, you must also present proof of completed basic traffic training (trafikalt grunnkurs), or a valid driver's licence in another category.
3.4 If you have completed all or a substantial part of Step 3 or Step 4 with another driving school within the past 12 months, we reserve the right to cancel and refund your "first lesson." If you complete a "first lesson" in breach of these terms, we reserve the right to charge you the difference up to the standard rate.

3.5 Kör reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a driving lesson if an instructor becomes ill, is unavailable at short notice, or other unforeseen circumstances arise. We may also assign a different instructor than originally planned if necessary due to illness, holiday, or internal reasons. Changes will be communicated in the app as early as possible. In the event of cancellation, you will receive a full refund or the option to rebook at no additional cost.
3.6 Kör strives to offer training with high availability, including sessions in the evenings and at weekends. However, capacity may be limited during certain periods due to illness, holidays, high demand, instructor changes, or other factors beyond our control. This applies in particular if the student wishes to train with a specific instructor or with manual transmission. Training with manual transmission is not available in all areas. Availability is not guaranteed in such cases, but we will always do our best to find alternative solutions.
4. Payment for Driving Lessons, Mandatory Training, and Discounts
4.1 Payment must be made before each session. Secure payment is made in the app by card, Vipps, Klarna, or via SVEA.
4.2 If you choose a package, the full package must be paid before the first session begins. Additional lessons beyond the package are booked and paid for in the usual way.
4.3 Prepaid lessons and mandatory training included in Kör Basic must be completed within six (6) months of the date of purchase.
4.4 Prepaid lessons and mandatory training included in Kör Flex must be completed within twelve (12) months of the date of purchase.
4.5 Prepaid lessons and mandatory training included in Kör MC must be completed within eighteen (18) months of the date of purchase.
4.6 Prepaid lessons and mandatory training included in Kör Trailer must be completed within twelve (12) months of the date of purchase.
4.7 If you pass your driving test and complete training with Kör before using all lessons in the Kör Flex package, you will be refunded the remaining balance on your account. All refunds are processed by the end of the following month.This does not apply to the Kör Basic package. No remaining lessons in the Kör Basic package will be refunded after completed training and driving test. This also applies to Kör MC, Kör BE, and all other Kör packages regardless of category — no remaining lessons will be refunded after completed training and driving test.
4.8 If you wish to discontinue training before passing your driving test, any refund request for remaining lessons must be submitted within 14 days of the date of purchase for Kör Basic, Kör Flex, Kör MC, and Kör Trailer packages. After 14 days, packages are non-refundable.
4.9 Our current prices and package contents are described at en.koer.no/rates.
4.10 Personal discount codes may not be transferred to third parties.
4.11 In the event of suspected fraud, deliberate misrepresentation, financial abuse, or dishonest conduct — including misuse of discount codes, promotional codes, or other benefit schemes — we reserve the right to:
5. Subscriptions in the App (Sia and Teori)
5.1 The App offers subscriptions providing access to digital learning tools, including Sia driving practice and Teori. Subscriptions are personal and for use by the registered user only.
5.2 The subscription starts from the date of purchase and renews automatically for each subscription period (weekly, monthly, or quarterly, depending on the chosen plan) until cancelled.
5.3 Payment is made via the app using accepted payment methods. Kör Teknologi reserves the right to change payment provider without prior notice. Current payment options will always be displayed in the app.
5.4 You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation is done in the app or via your account profile. Upon cancellation, the subscription will remain active until the end of the current paid period, and no further amounts will be charged. No refunds are given for partially used periods.
5.5 Kör Teknologi reserves the right to change prices and the content of subscriptions. Changes will be communicated in the app with reasonable notice before taking effect. Continued use after a change has taken effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
5.6 If a subscription begins with a free trial period, the subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period. If you do not wish to continue, you must cancel the subscription before the trial period expires. The duration and conditions of the trial period are displayed in the app upon activation.
6. Student refusal
If you do not have sufficient driving skills to complete the mandatory practical training in a meaningful way, the instructor must refuse you, as described in section 7-3 of the Driver Training Regulations (trafikkopplæringsforskriften). The Norwegian Public Roads Administration (Statens vegvesen) must be notified of the refusal. If you do not accept the refusal, the matter may be referred to the Norwegian Public Roads Administration for a decision. That decision may be appealed to the Directorate of Public Roads (Vegdirektoratet). In the event of refusal, Kör will inform you of these procedures.
7. Cancellation of Courses, Driving Lessons, and Mandatory Training
7.1 If you are unable to attend a scheduled course, driving lesson, or mandatory training session (collectively: "session"), you must cancel in the app as soon as possible.
7.2 The following cancellation deadlines apply to receive a refund when sessions are booked without a package or with the Kör Flex package:
7.7 Driving lessons and mandatory training as part of the Kör Basic package have a 14-day cancellation deadline and will not be refunded if cancelled less than 14 days before the scheduled time.
8. Driving Tests
8.1 If a driving test is included in a package, this covers one (1) test booking.
8.2 The warm-up session before the driving test consists of 45 minutes of instruction. In addition, up to 75 minutes are allocated for the test itself.
8.3 For category B, students may choose their own pick-up location, provided the travel time to the test centre from one of Kör's established pick-up zones does not exceed 30 minutes one way. For other licence categories, students must meet directly at the test centre.
8.4 If the requested pick-up location results in travel time exceeding 30 minutes one way from an established pick-up zone, additional driving time will be charged at the current hourly rate. One additional session is charged per commenced 45-minute segment beyond the included travel time. Pricing is available at en.koer.no/rates.
8.5 If the student is turned away from the driving test for reasons not attributable to Kör — such as missing identification, late arrival, or similar — the student must cover the cost of a new test booking. If the rejection is caused by an error on Kör's part, a new test will be offered free of charge.
8.6 Training and driving tests with manual transmission are not available in all areas. If you still wish to take your test with manual transmission, we will do our best to find a solution, but this may involve additional costs for transport to and from the test centre if it must be arranged outside our standard service area. Any additional costs will be listed in our price list: en.koer.no/rates.
9. Installation and Technical Equipment
9.1 To use the services in the App, you must first download and install the App on a mobile phone, tablet, or other device with a compatible operating system.
9.2 You must yourself obtain, update, and maintain the necessary equipment and software to use the App, including but not limited to an email address, internet subscription, mobile subscription, and SMS functionality.
9.3 You must also exercise normal care and protect your technical equipment from unauthorised use.
10. Data Traffic
You are responsible for all subscriptions, services, and charges from your mobile operator required to use the App, including any data subscription costs, charges for premium-rate numbers, SMS costs, other call charges, roaming fees, or other telephone or data connection charges. Standard messaging and other charges may apply when using certain features of the App.
11. Processing of Personal Data
Kör complies with applicable legislation in its processing of your personal data. Further information about Kör's processing of personal data related to the App is available in the "Privacy and Cookies" document, which is accessible via the App and at https://en.koer.no/privacy-policy
12. Referral Program
Kör Teknologi may from time to time offer referral programs where existing users can refer new users to the platform. Referrals may entitle the referrer to a reward in accordance with the current terms of the campaign.

13. Safe and Lawful Use of the Service
13.1 You are personally responsible for your use of the App and your equipment, and agree to comply with the following when using the App:

15. Sharing Information from Your Kör Profile with Third-Party Providers
15.1 When booking a driving lesson or other mandatory driver training, we will share your information with the instructor who will deliver the session. This is done so that the instructor can see your details before the lesson or mandatory training. This third-party provider becomes an independent data controller for the information shared with them.
15.2 Voluntary sharing of analytics/score data with partner (insurance)
Kör may offer optional benefits or services in collaboration with third parties, including insurance companies. If you explicitly activate this in the App, Kör may share analytics/score data relating to your driving practice with the relevant partner for the purposes described in the App upon activation. Data is not shared without your active consent, and consent may be withdrawn at any time in the App settings.
15.3 Limitations
Kör does not share raw sensor data (such as continuous GPS and IMU readings) with insurance companies unless specifically disclosed and you have explicitly consented to such sharing. When consent is withdrawn, further sharing will cease.
16. Terms of Use of the App
16.1 Subject to your compliance with the terms of this Agreement, you are hereby granted a personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to: (i) download or otherwise install the App on your device, and (ii) use the App (in object code form) on the device to access and use the App.
16.2 Except for the limited rights expressly granted here, Kör or its suppliers own all rights in the App, including but not limited to all associated intellectual property rights.
16.3 You agree not to do any of the following:
17.1 Kör's liability towards you is limited to what is set out in this Agreement and what is prescribed by applicable law.
17.2 To the extent permitted by applicable law, Kör, its licensees, and suppliers shall under no circumstances be liable for your use of the App, or for decisions or actions taken by you or any other person based on information provided by the App. You bear full responsibility and risk for your use of the App.
17.3 Kör, Kör's suppliers, or third parties with whom Kör works, have no liability towards you for damage or loss you suffer as a result of the App failing to meet your expectations or your use of the App.
17.4 The App is provided as is, and you are responsible for your use of the App and the equipment, software, and other resources required to use and access the App. Kör, Kör's suppliers, or third parties Kör works with to provide the App, have no liability for damage caused by your failure to fulfil your obligations under this Agreement or Kör's instructions, or if you have not followed the terms applicable to the individual mobile app store through which you access the App (for example Google Play and Apple App Store).
17.5 Kör gives no warranties and disclaims all express, implied, or statutory warranties, including warranties of quality, title, non-infringement of third-party rights, the App's general fitness for use, or the App's fitness for a particular purpose.
17.6 Occasional interruptions to the App caused by factors outside Kör's control may occur from time to time. This includes mobile network coverage or ongoing maintenance of the App. Kör will take reasonable measures to try to limit or prevent such occurrences, but is under no circumstances liable for financial or other damages resulting from such interruptions.
17.7 You are personally responsible for protecting all information created or stored via the App against loss, misuse, alteration, or unintended interference.
17.8 Kör shall take reasonable measures to protect your information against loss, misuse, alteration, or unintended interference, but makes no representations or warranties regarding the security of the App or the transmission of data or information to and from Kör and your device.
17.9 Kör is not liable for damages caused by Norwegian or foreign legislation, Norwegian or foreign governmental measures, acts of war, strikes, blockades, boycotts, lockouts, pandemics, or similar circumstances. The exemption in relation to strikes, blockades, boycotts, lockouts, and pandemics applies even if Kör itself is subject to or implements such measures. Kör is also exempt from liability if Kör, or Kör's subcontractors, fail to fulfil their obligations where such failure is caused by circumstances that prevent or significantly impede timely performance — for example, issues with electronic data processing and transmission or system-related problems — that are outside the reasonable control of the parties. Kör disclaims all liability for any deletion of or failed transmission of information.
17.10 If damage occurs, both you and Kör have a duty to take reasonable measures to limit the damage. If either party fails to do so, compensation may be reduced accordingly.
17.11 You are obliged to indemnify Kör for any damage suffered by Kör as a result of your use of the App — for example, if your use causes operational disruptions, outages, or damage. You are liable for damage or loss suffered by Kör, third parties, or yourself as a result of your failure to comply with the obligations set out above.
18. Amendments
Kör reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use at any time. If Kör's amendments are not acceptable to you, you have the right to terminate this Agreement immediately and free of charge, at the latest on the day before the relevant amendment takes effect. If you do not terminate the Agreement in accordance with this clause within the specified time, you will be deemed to have accepted the relevant amendments.
19. Termination
19.1 Upon termination of this Agreement, Kör will end or suspend your access to the App.
19.2 Kör reserves the right to terminate this Agreement at any time.
19.3 You may terminate this Agreement at any time by removing the App from your device.
20. Governing Law
20.1 This Agreement shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with Norwegian law.
20.2 Disputes regarding the interpretation and enforcement of this Agreement shall be resolved by Norwegian courts.
21. Miscellaneous
21.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Kör and you with respect to the App.
21.2 If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, the provision shall be amended to reflect the intentions of the parties, and all other provisions of the Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
21.3 Kör has the right to transfer this Agreement to a group company within the group to which Kör belongs.
21.4 By using the App, you consent to communications between you and Kör regarding the App taking place electronically. Kör may make such communications available by email or by publishing notices in the App. If you wish to withdraw your consent to receive communications electronically, you must discontinue your use of the App.
21.5 If you have questions about these Terms of Use, you may contact Kör using the contact details available in the App.
22. Third-Party Providers
22.1 Kör uses third-party providers for the development and delivery of the App, for analysing usage of the App, and for communication between Kör and you, and between instructors and you.
22.2 Kör may also use third-party providers for the delivery of driver training, including but not limited to driving lessons and mandatory training.

23. Updates to Terms
Kör may update these Terms of Use as needed, including cancellation policies and package durations. The current terms are always available at en.koer.no/terms-of-use.

4.10 Personal discount codes may not be transferred to third parties.
4.11 In the event of suspected fraud, deliberate misrepresentation, financial abuse, or dishonest conduct — including misuse of discount codes, promotional codes, or other benefit schemes — we reserve the right to:
- Remove users who do not meet the criteria.
- Withdraw allocated referral bonuses.
- Deactivate or close the account of the user who has misused the program.
- Issue immediate charges for incorrectly applied discounts or financial losses.
- Claim full compensation for losses incurred by the business.
- Refer outstanding amounts to a debt collection agency if payment is not made by the due date.
- Report the matter to relevant public authorities (e.g. police, regulatory bodies) for assessment of criminal liability.
5. Subscriptions in the App (Sia and Teori)
5.1 The App offers subscriptions providing access to digital learning tools, including Sia driving practice and Teori. Subscriptions are personal and for use by the registered user only.
5.2 The subscription starts from the date of purchase and renews automatically for each subscription period (weekly, monthly, or quarterly, depending on the chosen plan) until cancelled.
5.3 Payment is made via the app using accepted payment methods. Kör Teknologi reserves the right to change payment provider without prior notice. Current payment options will always be displayed in the app.
5.4 You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation is done in the app or via your account profile. Upon cancellation, the subscription will remain active until the end of the current paid period, and no further amounts will be charged. No refunds are given for partially used periods.
5.5 Kör Teknologi reserves the right to change prices and the content of subscriptions. Changes will be communicated in the app with reasonable notice before taking effect. Continued use after a change has taken effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
5.6 If a subscription begins with a free trial period, the subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period. If you do not wish to continue, you must cancel the subscription before the trial period expires. The duration and conditions of the trial period are displayed in the app upon activation.
6. Student refusal
If you do not have sufficient driving skills to complete the mandatory practical training in a meaningful way, the instructor must refuse you, as described in section 7-3 of the Driver Training Regulations (trafikkopplæringsforskriften). The Norwegian Public Roads Administration (Statens vegvesen) must be notified of the refusal. If you do not accept the refusal, the matter may be referred to the Norwegian Public Roads Administration for a decision. That decision may be appealed to the Directorate of Public Roads (Vegdirektoratet). In the event of refusal, Kör will inform you of these procedures.
7. Cancellation of Courses, Driving Lessons, and Mandatory Training
7.1 If you are unable to attend a scheduled course, driving lesson, or mandatory training session (collectively: "session"), you must cancel in the app as soon as possible.
7.2 The following cancellation deadlines apply to receive a refund when sessions are booked without a package or with the Kör Flex package:

7.7 Driving lessons and mandatory training as part of the Kör Basic package have a 14-day cancellation deadline and will not be refunded if cancelled less than 14 days before the scheduled time.
8. Driving Tests
8.1 If a driving test is included in a package, this covers one (1) test booking.
8.2 The warm-up session before the driving test consists of 45 minutes of instruction. In addition, up to 75 minutes are allocated for the test itself.
8.3 For category B, students may choose their own pick-up location, provided the travel time to the test centre from one of Kör's established pick-up zones does not exceed 30 minutes one way. For other licence categories, students must meet directly at the test centre.
8.4 If the requested pick-up location results in travel time exceeding 30 minutes one way from an established pick-up zone, additional driving time will be charged at the current hourly rate. One additional session is charged per commenced 45-minute segment beyond the included travel time. Pricing is available at en.koer.no/rates.
8.5 If the student is turned away from the driving test for reasons not attributable to Kör — such as missing identification, late arrival, or similar — the student must cover the cost of a new test booking. If the rejection is caused by an error on Kör's part, a new test will be offered free of charge.
8.6 Training and driving tests with manual transmission are not available in all areas. If you still wish to take your test with manual transmission, we will do our best to find a solution, but this may involve additional costs for transport to and from the test centre if it must be arranged outside our standard service area. Any additional costs will be listed in our price list: en.koer.no/rates.
9. Installation and Technical Equipment
9.1 To use the services in the App, you must first download and install the App on a mobile phone, tablet, or other device with a compatible operating system.
9.2 You must yourself obtain, update, and maintain the necessary equipment and software to use the App, including but not limited to an email address, internet subscription, mobile subscription, and SMS functionality.
9.3 You must also exercise normal care and protect your technical equipment from unauthorised use.
10. Data Traffic
You are responsible for all subscriptions, services, and charges from your mobile operator required to use the App, including any data subscription costs, charges for premium-rate numbers, SMS costs, other call charges, roaming fees, or other telephone or data connection charges. Standard messaging and other charges may apply when using certain features of the App.
11. Processing of Personal Data
Kör complies with applicable legislation in its processing of your personal data. Further information about Kör's processing of personal data related to the App is available in the "Privacy and Cookies" document, which is accessible via the App and at https://en.koer.no/privacy-policy
12. Referral Program
Kör Teknologi may from time to time offer referral programs where existing users can refer new users to the platform. Referrals may entitle the referrer to a reward in accordance with the current terms of the campaign.
12.1 Criteria for valid referralsThe referral program applies exclusively to persons who:
- Have a registered address in Norway.
- Have not completed a driving test for category B.
- Are not registered in the Norwegian Public Roads Administration's TEA/TSK system with completed mandatory driving lessons at a driving school.
- Have not previously been registered as a user on any of Kör Teknologi's platforms, regardless of whether the account is active, deleted, or inactive.
12.2 Prohibition on misuseThe following is not permitted:
- Creating fake, duplicate, or inactive accounts.
- Providing false information about the service or the referral program.
- Sharing referral links via spam or in unauthorised channels.
- Remove users who do not meet the criteria.
- Withdraw allocated referral bonuses.
- Deactivate or close the account of the user who has misused the program.
- Issue immediate charges for incorrectly applied discounts or financial losses.
- Claim full compensation for losses incurred by the business.
- Refer outstanding amounts to a debt collection agency if payment is not made by the due date.
- Report the matter to relevant public authorities (e.g. police, regulatory bodies) for assessment of criminal liability.
12.4 Changes and terminationKör Teknologi reserves the right to change, pause, or terminate the referral program at any time, with or without prior notice.
13. Safe and Lawful Use of the Service
13.1 You are personally responsible for your use of the App and your equipment, and agree to comply with the following when using the App:
- Comply with all traffic regulations and drive in a safe and responsible manner.
- Not use the App for unlawful, prohibited, unsafe, dangerous, or illegal purposes, or in any way that is inconsistent with this Agreement.
- Place all equipment and cables for use of the App in a safe location in the vehicle so as not to interfere with driving, cause injury during braking, or obstruct safety devices (e.g. airbags).
14.1 You agree to:
- Provide Kör with correct and complete information about yourself when registering and creating a Kör profile for use of the App.
- Inform Kör of any changes to this information so that it remains correct and complete at all times.
15. Sharing Information from Your Kör Profile with Third-Party Providers
15.1 When booking a driving lesson or other mandatory driver training, we will share your information with the instructor who will deliver the session. This is done so that the instructor can see your details before the lesson or mandatory training. This third-party provider becomes an independent data controller for the information shared with them.
15.2 Voluntary sharing of analytics/score data with partner (insurance)
Kör may offer optional benefits or services in collaboration with third parties, including insurance companies. If you explicitly activate this in the App, Kör may share analytics/score data relating to your driving practice with the relevant partner for the purposes described in the App upon activation. Data is not shared without your active consent, and consent may be withdrawn at any time in the App settings.
15.3 Limitations
Kör does not share raw sensor data (such as continuous GPS and IMU readings) with insurance companies unless specifically disclosed and you have explicitly consented to such sharing. When consent is withdrawn, further sharing will cease.
16. Terms of Use of the App
16.1 Subject to your compliance with the terms of this Agreement, you are hereby granted a personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to: (i) download or otherwise install the App on your device, and (ii) use the App (in object code form) on the device to access and use the App.
16.2 Except for the limited rights expressly granted here, Kör or its suppliers own all rights in the App, including but not limited to all associated intellectual property rights.
16.3 You agree not to do any of the following:
- Recreate, decompile, disassemble, translate, modify, alter, or otherwise change the App or any part of it.
- Reproduce, copy, print, publish, distribute, or otherwise transmit information from the App for any purpose other than purely personal use.
- Download or store any information other than your own personal data from the App.
- Store or reuse information from the App to create or develop a database using information from the App.
- Use the App to receive or transmit unlawful or infringing information or content, or information that is an unlawful copy of third-party material.
- Remove or alter any of Kör's or its suppliers' trademarks, trade names, logos, patents, copyright notices, or other notices or marks appearing in the App.
- Sell, distribute, license, or otherwise transfer the App to third parties.
- Use the App for commercial purposes.
17.1 Kör's liability towards you is limited to what is set out in this Agreement and what is prescribed by applicable law.
17.2 To the extent permitted by applicable law, Kör, its licensees, and suppliers shall under no circumstances be liable for your use of the App, or for decisions or actions taken by you or any other person based on information provided by the App. You bear full responsibility and risk for your use of the App.
17.3 Kör, Kör's suppliers, or third parties with whom Kör works, have no liability towards you for damage or loss you suffer as a result of the App failing to meet your expectations or your use of the App.
17.4 The App is provided as is, and you are responsible for your use of the App and the equipment, software, and other resources required to use and access the App. Kör, Kör's suppliers, or third parties Kör works with to provide the App, have no liability for damage caused by your failure to fulfil your obligations under this Agreement or Kör's instructions, or if you have not followed the terms applicable to the individual mobile app store through which you access the App (for example Google Play and Apple App Store).
17.5 Kör gives no warranties and disclaims all express, implied, or statutory warranties, including warranties of quality, title, non-infringement of third-party rights, the App's general fitness for use, or the App's fitness for a particular purpose.
17.6 Occasional interruptions to the App caused by factors outside Kör's control may occur from time to time. This includes mobile network coverage or ongoing maintenance of the App. Kör will take reasonable measures to try to limit or prevent such occurrences, but is under no circumstances liable for financial or other damages resulting from such interruptions.
17.7 You are personally responsible for protecting all information created or stored via the App against loss, misuse, alteration, or unintended interference.
17.8 Kör shall take reasonable measures to protect your information against loss, misuse, alteration, or unintended interference, but makes no representations or warranties regarding the security of the App or the transmission of data or information to and from Kör and your device.
17.9 Kör is not liable for damages caused by Norwegian or foreign legislation, Norwegian or foreign governmental measures, acts of war, strikes, blockades, boycotts, lockouts, pandemics, or similar circumstances. The exemption in relation to strikes, blockades, boycotts, lockouts, and pandemics applies even if Kör itself is subject to or implements such measures. Kör is also exempt from liability if Kör, or Kör's subcontractors, fail to fulfil their obligations where such failure is caused by circumstances that prevent or significantly impede timely performance — for example, issues with electronic data processing and transmission or system-related problems — that are outside the reasonable control of the parties. Kör disclaims all liability for any deletion of or failed transmission of information.
17.10 If damage occurs, both you and Kör have a duty to take reasonable measures to limit the damage. If either party fails to do so, compensation may be reduced accordingly.
17.11 You are obliged to indemnify Kör for any damage suffered by Kör as a result of your use of the App — for example, if your use causes operational disruptions, outages, or damage. You are liable for damage or loss suffered by Kör, third parties, or yourself as a result of your failure to comply with the obligations set out above.
18. Amendments
Kör reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use at any time. If Kör's amendments are not acceptable to you, you have the right to terminate this Agreement immediately and free of charge, at the latest on the day before the relevant amendment takes effect. If you do not terminate the Agreement in accordance with this clause within the specified time, you will be deemed to have accepted the relevant amendments.
19. Termination
19.1 Upon termination of this Agreement, Kör will end or suspend your access to the App.
19.2 Kör reserves the right to terminate this Agreement at any time.
19.3 You may terminate this Agreement at any time by removing the App from your device.
20. Governing Law
20.1 This Agreement shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with Norwegian law.
20.2 Disputes regarding the interpretation and enforcement of this Agreement shall be resolved by Norwegian courts.
21. Miscellaneous
21.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Kör and you with respect to the App.
21.2 If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, the provision shall be amended to reflect the intentions of the parties, and all other provisions of the Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
21.3 Kör has the right to transfer this Agreement to a group company within the group to which Kör belongs.
21.4 By using the App, you consent to communications between you and Kör regarding the App taking place electronically. Kör may make such communications available by email or by publishing notices in the App. If you wish to withdraw your consent to receive communications electronically, you must discontinue your use of the App.
21.5 If you have questions about these Terms of Use, you may contact Kör using the contact details available in the App.
22. Third-Party Providers
22.1 Kör uses third-party providers for the development and delivery of the App, for analysing usage of the App, and for communication between Kör and you, and between instructors and you.
22.2 Kör may also use third-party providers for the delivery of driver training, including but not limited to driving lessons and mandatory training.

23. Updates to Terms
